Beach party here we come
We launch from "Poet's Beach" (west bank under Marquam Bridge) and take out at the Tom McCall Bowl – on the west bank of the river just south of the Hawthorne Bridge. That’s where we’ll gather for a best-of-summer beach party – with three bands on a music barge, plus food carts, kids activities, and more! Revelers can recline in their watercraft on the river – or frolic on the beach or grass bowl.
The Big Float 6 is open to all ages. All floaters must wear a life-jacket. It's a safe voyage, not a race. Join the flotilla and attend TBF 6 - a movement of the people and the grandest pool party Portland has ever seen!
